At OFFCUTS SHOES by OFFICE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items for a refund within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear back into its original packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Create Your Label

  Visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label or QR code, then print it out or prepare the digital version for the drop-off point.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to your nearest authorized collection point or post office and ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
